CIFAL Atlanta’s core audience is comprised of leaders from urban centers located in the Western Hemisphere with a population of at least 500,000 people. CIFAL Atlanta facilitates "best practices" or optimal methods of addressing urban problems that are already being implemented by leaders in local government, civil society, and the private sector throughout the world. Participants include mayors of municipalities of all sizes located in large urban areas, local government, elected officials, municipal executives, civil society leaders, and businesses involved in urban economic and social development.
