The "Knowledge Fair" is the space where peers exchanged
offers of good practices and requests for learning. Peers learned from
each other and increased their capacity to transform the community they
belong to.

• Knowledge Assets
Workshop participants shared their experiences and lessons learned
to improve their city's response to HIV and AIDS. This advice constitutes
"Knowledge Assets", upon which others can build and reuse.
The exchange of assets among peers led to the identification of new
possibilities for concrete action in their local context.

Each city delegation developed an action plan for the next 12 months,
